What Operating System does Garena Plus support?

At the moment, Garena Plus only supports Windows operating systems.

I am new. How can I start using Garena Plus?

1. Download Garena Plus from www.garena.com and install.
2. Launch Garena Plus on your computer. Register for an account through "Create an Account".

I cannot login to Garena Plus. What should I do?

1. Check and make sure that your internet connection is up and running.
2. Check Garena Forum at http://forum.garena.com to find out whether there is system maintenance on-going.
3. If you still do not find the source of the problem, uninstall Garena Plus from your computer and download the latest version of Garena Plus from www.garena.com
4. You can also request for help through "Customer Service".

Friends and Groups

How can I add friends or join groups on Garena Plus?

At the top right hand of Garena Plus, there is a small button next to the search toolbar. Click on this button.

Games

How do I find games on Garena Plus?

You should be able to find the list of games at the left hand side of your Garena Plus.
If you cannot find them, you can click on the “Games” button at the top left of Garena Plus, right below your profile picture.
You can also find more games by clicking on the "LAN" button. Inside the LAN interface, click on "Games".

I do not play games. How can I hide the game icons?

At the left bottom of Garena Plus, there is a button that allows you to hide all the games.
